9:23 pm By Unknown

  • Cheros residents on the outskirts of Eldoret town on Saturday woke up to a hocking incident whereby a man was allegedly found having sex with a neighbor's cow that was in the animal shed. According to the locals, it is not the first time for such thing to happen in the area, something that has made them live in great fear of their livestock. Chepkwony Kurugat, the suspect, had his fortieth day in the evil activity as angry residents wanted to lynch him after he was caught red-handed. “He tied the cow at the tree just opposite the shed and was on the process of doing the act," said an eyewitness. It is said the man has escaped many instances of this kind by running away but he could not get away with the large crowd of locals that had arrived at the scene this fateful day. The man received a thorough beating from the angry villagers as he tried to ask for forgiveness which fell on deaf ears. It is said that the man walks into different homesteads early in the morning when people are not yet up as it is convenient for him to do the act. The man's relatives have however distanced themselves from him saying that they had warned him several times and it was the right time for him to face the full force of the law. According to the owner of the cow who identified himself as Kiptanui, this is his fifth cow that has gone through such experience. “It is a very great shock and a worry that people are still doing such activities, we are human beings and should change for the better," he said. When asked the reasons for doing the evil activity, the man claimed all ladies in the area do not give him the attention that he needs as a man and so he opts for a favorable solution that will not be mind-troubling. The man was taken to the Kesses rehabilitation center to figure out whether he is insane before he was handed to the police and is expected to be charged in court
